ABOUT COACH LINDSEY…
Lindsey Hoban is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach & a NESTA Lifestyle Weight Management Specialist as well as an avid athlete with an undeniable passion for health, fitness & nutrition.
In addition to being educationally qualified to provide nutritional counseling, Lindsey has first-hand experience with weight loss & overall health improvement – making her uniquely knowledgeable in the field. As a child, Lindsey regularly struggled with her weight & this battle followed her into adulthood. Like most young women, her desire to be thin led to some unhealthy yet all-too-common mistakes. Over-exercising, under-eating & jumping from one fad diet to the next was not only ineffective, it also led to injuries, a lack of mental focus & an unhealthy relationship with food. What started as a stressful battle turned into a positive personal journey & total lifestyle transformation. Through research & education, Lindsey gained the tools necessary to achieve her health goals, ultimately shedding 30 excess pounds! Her journey not only resulted in her own incredible health improvements; it inspired her to achieve the certifications necessary to help others transform their bodies & lives as well. Now, instead of devoting her life to battling her own body, she is dedicated to assisting men & women alike in achieving healthier, happier lives.
