Bob and Tricia Flynn have been married since 1990 and have resided in Foxboro since 1991. They have three children, Christian, Matthew and Meagan, and are active with their kids’ events and school.
Tricia is a December 1988 graduate of Simmons College in Boston with a Bachelor of Science degree and certificate of Physical Therapy. While growing up, she resided in Leominster, MA and was active in competitive gymnastics for close to 10 years. As always, she remains a loyal “Boston” sports fan from the Patriots to the Red Sox. She still has a love for all sports and earned her Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts in December, 2006. She continued to practice in the physical therapy field for years after graduating from Simmons, but, until recently has been at home for her kids needs. She enjoys helping the members with questions regarding injury care and treatment.

To continue with her rehabilitation knowledge, she has become a TRX level 1 trainer. Providing the members with knowledge in preventing injury and helping them to become stronger is an important part to her dedication in this facility. she is a certified Personal Trainer.

Bob was raised in North Quincy, MA and is the youngest of seven. He is a 1983 graduate of North Quincy High School. He was a three-sport athlete and continued his love of athletics while into college. In 1987, Bob graduated from Stonehill College, North Easton, MA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration as well as Public Administration. While at Stonehill he was also a member of the soccer team becoming captain his senior year. Bob returned to school in 1998 completing his M.B.A. from Anna Maria College. Since graduating from Stonehill, Bob worked for W.B. Mason as an account executive focusing on business development. He later became general manager of the company’s Worcester, MA branch until leaving in December 2005 to pursue his own business. In his free time, he loves to watch his kids sports games, take his family to sporting events (yes! He too loves the “Boston” teams), and traveling. After opening TEAM Fitness, Bob has become more intrigued by the variety of fitness options available to help members become more fit in many different ways.
After welcoming CrossFit into the TEAM Fitness family, he became more passionate about this athletic experience and has become a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. After a lot of hard work and dedication to this dream, Bob and Tricia are excited to continue making TEAM Fitness a success for all to benefit from.
