CrossSTEP is designed to shed body fat and release stress, while having a blast doing it!! She has created CrossSTEP for all fitness levels with that CrossFit edginess. CrossSTEP will work your entire body using athletic movements both on and off the step. It’s constantly varied, you work at your intensity level, and face a little of the unknown each week.
The step movements are consistent week to week so that you can take the guess work out of the movements and focus on burning fat, getting fitter, and having a blast doing it! Step moves are slowly transitioned out so you leave each class with a sense of accomplishment and feel a little lighter in your step.
