Quick and easy to add to after-school snack offering or to brunch table.

Yields: 2

INGREDIENTS

    1 c coconut milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 ripe bananas
    2 tsp coconut flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into dish and refrigerate for thirty minutes. This allows the dip to thicken.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit.
  5. Enjoy!
