Lee Soares – Coach
Lee has been involved in fitness and martial arts for over 20 years. He has competed in both rock climbing and fighting arts on a professional level. He became a certified personal trainer through ACE to enhance his own level of understanding of how to improve all areas of health and fitness. Known for his overall intensity and enthusiasm, Lee loves to shape his knowledge with anyone who is interested. Lee’s credentials include certifications from the C.H.E.K. Institute, American Council on Exercise and Nautilus. As well as holding a black belt in Shaocin Kempo. Lee was also granted permission to teach yang style Tai Chi here in the USA by grand Master Dong Zengchen and Master Peter Deblasio. Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced athlete, Lee can help you achieve your goals today.

Scott St. Cyr – Coach
Scott St. Cyr was 6 when he first learned how to skate, which transitioned into a lifelong passion for the sport of hockey. While he played many sports growing up, including basketball, baseball, and Varsity Soccer; hockey was his favorite. After high school, Scott transitioned into roller hockey and was selected to play for the PIHA (Professional Inline Roller Hockey Association) Boston Roller Rats where he scored one of the game winning goals in Colorado to clinch the National Championship. He went on to play for the Connecticut Blaze from 2008 – 2009. After he left the league, he was soon introduced to CrossFit. In 2010, he began coaching and found his other passion.

Ashley Butler – Coach
Ashley has been involved in team sports her entire life, culminating with competitive field hockey. She was chosen to play on the Futures Pre-Olympic Team and traveled to Europe to play. While she chose not to play in college, she spent the next three years searching for something to replace the team camaraderie she missed from field hockey, she delved in running and swimming, and stumbled upon CrossFit by accident. After her first WOD, she was hooked and hasn’t looked back.

Beth Licopoli – Coach
Sports and fitness has been an important part of Beth’s life. She was an All American soccer player in college. She decided to turn her passion for sports and fitness to training. She is a certified NASM-PT, and a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with Charles Poliquin Institute. She has also competed as a Figure athlete and has Pro Status with the World Body Building Federation. (WBFF). She was introduced to Crossfit through CFF was hooked and earned her

Nick Ray – Coach
Nick has been involved in team sports throughout his entire life playing hockey, football, baseball and soccer. He pursued hockey as his sport of choice from age 12 through High School. After high school Nick stayed active in the gym lifting weights and running. While practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu he decided to give CrossFit a try to improve his conditioning. He was hooked after the first few workouts. After training for almost a year Nick decided to go for his CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification. Soon after, he began coaching friends and family members and discovered a new passion for coaching and helping others. Nick has been coaching for almost 2 years and competing in CrossFit events around the Northeast for the last year and a half. Nick takes his personal health and fitness very seriously and is constantly working and reading in order to expand his knowledge of fitness, health, and training philosophy.
