50 – Push Ups
50 – GHD Situps
50 – Burpees
Tabata Air Dyne – 8 rnds
Tank is EMPTY!!!!! TGIF!!!!!!
Skill:: yeah getting easier every day; wOD: 10:51 , 175#, 27 burpees for the run. No good at math this morning and wasted a good minute.. Ugh. Finished strong with 15 walllballs on the minute for ten minutes (10#)
